Onsite Search Consultant at Sunrise Brokers
Sunrise Brokers LLP is a rapidly expanding award winning Inter Dealer Broker, specialising in Equity Derivatives. We're currently looking for someone to assist in the build out of the company from a recruitment perspective. The role will predominantly be one that will utilise your research and search skills in what is a dynamic and fast paced market.
Skills
The following skills are essential:
- Strong Recruitment skills and a real passion for it
- Strong search skills and significant experience of head hunting
- Good research skills and the ability to map out a market or company with limited resource
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to forge very close partnerships quickly – both face to face and over the phone
- Knowledge of the inter dealer market
- Professional
- The ability to effectively close a candidate
- The willingness to learn the role as an onsite recruiter
