Susan Hinko

Susan Hinko is Global Head of Industry Relations for TriOptima where she is responsible for regulatory relationships, press relations and industry relations.

Prior to joining TriOptima in 2004, she was President of the Institute for Financial Markets and Director of Industry Relations at ICor. Ms Hinko also spent 6 years at ISDA as Director of Policy for the Americas working with a range of committees including collateral, accounting, market practice, operations, equity derivatives, Latin America and the market survey. She helped develop the initial “Guidelines for Collateral Practitioners” and the 1999 Collateral Review, working closely with the Collateral Committee members.

During her career on Wall Street, she also worked at Lodestar, a merchant bank; Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Chase Manhattan.

Ms Hinko holds a BA from Skidmore College, an MA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia University School of Business Administration.
