Settlement Auction
| January 27th, 2009 | Markit LCDX Dealers Vote to Conduct Credit Event Auction to Settle LCDS Trades Referencing Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises. Markit today announced that Markit LCDX index dealers have voted to hold a Credit Event Auction to facilitate settlement of loan-only credit default swap (LCDS) trades referencing Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises, Inc., which is a constituent of the Markit LCDX index. The auction terms, including the auction date, will be determined by Markit LCDX dealers according to LCDS Auction Rules published on the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) website. Markit and Creditex are the official administrators of Credit Event Auctions. |
| November 18th, 2008 | ISDA to Publish Auction Terms for Masonite The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that LCDX dealers voted to hold an auction for loan-only CDS transactions referencing Canadian entity, Masonite International Corporation, which is a constituent of the Markit LCDX index. ISDA will facilitate the process by publishing the auction terms on its website, www.isda.org, in the next few weeks. The auction terms, including the auction date, will be determined by the LCDX dealers according to the LCDS Auction Rules published on ISDA's website. |
