Credit Event Auction

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that an auction will be held in respect of Dynegy Holdings, LLC (formerly known as Dynegy Holdings Inc.) following its resolution on November 9, 2011 that a Bankruptcy Credit Event had occurred.

ISDA will publish further information regarding the auction on its website, www.isda.org/credit, in due course.

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its Japan Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that an auction will be held to settle Relevant Transactions in respect of Victor Company of Japan, Limited following its resolution on September 21, 2011 that a Restructuring Credit Event had occurred.

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) announced today that its Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that a bankruptcy credit event has occurred in respect of Ambac Financial Group, Inc., a holding company whose affiliates provided financial guarantees and financial services to clients in both the public and private sectors around the world.

An auction will be held for Ambac Financial Group. An auction was held on June 4, 2010 in respect of Ambac Assurance Corporation.

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) announced today that its Japan Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that a bankruptcy credit event has occurred in respect to Takefuji Corporation. The Committee also voted to hold an auction for Takefuji.

ISDA will facilitate the process by publishing the auction terms on its website www.isda.org/credit in due course. The auction will be administered by Markit and Creditex.

During the week of September 6 2010, Markit and Creditex will conduct a Credit Event Auction to facilitate settlement of loan credit derivative trades referencing the following company:

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that LCDX dealers voted to hold an auction for loan-only CDS transactions referencing Boston Generating LLC, a subsidiary of US Power Generating Company. Boston Generating filed a Chapter 11 petition with the US Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan on August 18.

ISDA will facilitate the process by publishing the auction terms on its website www.isda.org/credit, in due course. The auction will be administered by Markit and Creditex.

Following last week’s vote by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Determination Committee to hold an auction on credit default swap (CDS) trades referencing Truvo Subsidiary Corp. (Truvo), Markit today announced that the Markit iTraxx LevX index dealers have voted to conduct a Credit Event Auction to facilitate settlement of second lien European loan-only credit default swap (ELCDS) trades referencing Truvo. Truvo is a constituent of the Markit iTraxx LevX Subordinated Series 2 and 3.

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) announced that its EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that a bankruptcy credit event has occurred in respect of Truvo Subsidiary Corp., a Delaware corporation that is part of the Truvo Group, which publishes print and online directories. The Committee also voted to hold an auction for Truvo.
