Some professionals have recommended the CFTC.gov website for its resources on the Dodd-Frank Act legislation, regulatory meetings and related reports:

Sapient Global Markets OTC Derivatives Terminology Glossary - first hosted by DerivSource over two years ago (before Sapient acquired DCG), this is a very useful resource for basic terms though not documentation specific.

And if all else fails, there is always the acronym finder website where the search function is useful although you might be side tracked by looking up CSA to find options of Credit Support Annex but also Canadian Snowbird Association.
