Why the FSA Gets It

In a Q&A Mark Battistoni of Chatham Financial explains why the FSA’s approach to regulatory reform of the OTC derivatives markets is better.
Based in Chatham Financial’s London office since 2002, Mark is European managing director responsible for hedging advisory relationships with corporations, private equity funds and real estate investment groups across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining Chatham, Mark served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army after graduating with highest distinction from the US Military Academy at West Point. He holds an MA degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and is currently on the board of governors of CMSA-Europe.
