NYSE Euronext Announces the Appointment of Diederik Zandstra
NYSE Euronext today announces the appointment of Diederik Zandstra as Head of International Listings for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, reporting directly to Roland Bellegarde, Group Executive Vice President and Head of European Cash and Listings.
Diederik joined NYSE Euronext in September 2009 and has extensive experience in listings and the needs of issuers having worked on a large number of capital markets transactions. Prior to joining NYSE Euronext Diederik worked for over 12 years in investment banking and capital markets at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Renaissance Capital in New York and London.
