CFTC Requests Public Comment on an Application by CME Clearing Europe Limited for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application by CME Clearing Europe Limited for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before January 6, 2011.

Comments may be submitted electronically through the CFTC’s Comments Online process. The application documents and all comments received are available on the CFTC’s website.
