CFTC to Hold Open Meeting to Consider Effective Dates of Provisions in the Dodd-Frank Act
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. to consider effective dates of provisions in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The Commission may also consider and vote on dates and times for future meetings. Agendas for each scheduled meeting will be made available to the public and posted on the Commission’s website at www.cftc.gov at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
The Meeting will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
